Design and Engineering
We design container dimensions, heavy-duty structures, equipment layouts and maintenance access. Our work covers base frames, heavy equipment foundations, reinforced doors and openings, lifting arrangements and complex internal layouts.
We plan ventilation, heat dissipation and air conditioning interfaces, together with provisions for electrical, piping and equipment connections.
Engineering capabilities also cover thermal insulation, fire protection, waterproofing, dust protection and corrosion protection solutions for C3, C4 and C5 environments. Transport dimensions, securing methods and on-site unloading conditions inform early-stage engineering support and technical coordination.
Manufacturing Facilities
Material processing, structural fabrication, welding, surface treatment and assembly take place across a production workshop of approximately 12,000 m².

3 kW laser cutting machine; steel coil cut-to-length and leveling line; 6 m sheet metal shearing machine; 420-ton CNC press brake.
Fabrication and Welding

Container structure assembly stations; automatic welding for container side and roof panels; laser welding and MAG welding equipment.
Surface Treatment

Powder coating
Sandblasting and surface preparation equipment; powder coating and curing equipment; large powder coating curing oven — Approx. 17 × 4.5 × 4 m.

Our R&D focuses on structural load-bearing capacity, equipment mounting, vibration isolation, assembly, manufacturing processes and application requirements.
