TOPWAY® BOX / CUSTOM CONTAINER ENCLOSURES

Air Compressor Containers

TOPWAY® BOX supplies air compressor containers for industrial equipment projects.

We develop the enclosure around compressor dimensions, mounting loads, cooling arrangements, piping interfaces and maintenance needs. The agreed scope centers on the container structure and supporting provisions; a complete compressed-air system is not assumed.

01 / APPLICATION

Build the layout around compressor operation and service

Compressor and auxiliary equipment arrangement

Provide the proposed arrangement of compressors and any dryers, receivers or other equipment. Each item affects the support layout, available service space and installation sequence.

Heat rejection and ventilation

Share the compressor supplier’s cooling-air and heat-rejection requirements. These guide the review of inlet, discharge and other equipment openings in the enclosure.

Air piping and condensate interfaces

Define piping routes, connection points and any condensate outlet requirements. Coordinate these with door access, equipment supports and the intended maintenance activities.

02 / CONFIGURATION

Compressor enclosure structure and interface options

Equipment bases and load-bearing design

Custom bases and local reinforcement can be planned using equipment weights, mounting points and the proposed support arrangement.

Vibration-isolation coordination

Share the equipment supplier’s mounting and isolation details so the container structure and fixing provisions can be reviewed together. Isolation components and performance must be agreed separately.

Cooling openings and equipment access

Door positions, ventilation openings and reinforced equipment apertures can be developed around the compressor supplier’s layout.

Piping and electrical interfaces

Agreed openings and mounting provisions can be planned for compressed-air lines, condensate routes and electrical connections. The quotation must identify any supplied piping or installation work.

Site protection and transport

Container dimensions, surface protection, lifting method and transport restraints can be reviewed with the destination environment and delivery conditions.

03 / SUPPLY SCOPE

Confirm the enclosure supply scope

The enclosure scope should list the container structure, bases, doors, openings and agreed auxiliary provisions. Compressors, air receivers, dryers, piping systems, controls and commissioning are not included by default. Pressure-system design, air quality, delivery pressure, flow rate and system performance remain the responsibility of the parties expressly assigned those tasks.

04 / ENGINEERING BRIEF

Information for an air compressor enclosure quote

  • Equipment schedule covering compressors and any dryers, receivers or auxiliary equipment.
  • Equipment dimensions, weights, mounting points and service clearances.
  • Cooling-air requirements, heat-rejection layout and opening details.
  • Compressed-air, condensate and electrical interface drawings.
  • Vibration-isolation arrangement and any acoustic requirements supplied by the equipment specialist.
  • Site conditions, foundation details, delivery constraints, quantity and required division of supply.

05 / QUESTIONS

Air Compressor Containers FAQ

Does an air compressor container include the compressor and air receiver?

These items are not included by default. Provide the equipment list and identify which items you expect to supply and which you want included in the quotation.

Can several pieces of equipment share one enclosure?

Complex internal layouts are within our design capabilities. Feasibility depends on equipment dimensions, mounting loads, maintenance clearances, cooling requirements and transport conditions.

Can the design allow for compressor vibration?

The base structure and mounting provisions can be reviewed with the equipment supplier’s vibration-isolation arrangement. A quantified vibration reduction or supplied isolation system is not implied.

Are ventilation and acoustic performance guaranteed?

No standard performance figure is stated. Required airflow, operating conditions and any acoustic target must be supplied for technical review, with the scope and verification method agreed for the project.
