TOPWAY® BOX / CUSTOM CONTAINER ENCLOSURES
Water Treatment Containers
TOPWAY® BOX manufactures water treatment containers for process-equipment integration.
The enclosure can be developed around equipment supports, piping penetrations, drainage requirements, exposure conditions and service access. Our container design and manufacturing scope is coordinated with the process supplier’s equipment layout and interface information.
Discuss a water treatment container
01 / APPLICATION
Plan the enclosure around process equipment and pipework
Equipment and maintenance space
Identify the equipment arrangement and access needed to operate valves, service pumps and replace process components. Internal clearances should reflect the selected equipment and its maintenance instructions.
Piping and site connections
Provide pipe sizes, connection locations and elevations before openings are finalized. Equipment supports, door access and on-site connection routes should be reviewed together.
Wet-service and exposure conditions
Explain where water, condensation or process fluids may contact the enclosure. This information supports the selection and detailing of protection measures and any agreed drainage provisions.
02 / CONFIGURATION
Water treatment enclosure customization
Equipment foundations and internal layout
Integrated bases and local load-bearing design can be coordinated with equipment footprints, support points and relevant empty, operating or transport weights.
Pipe openings and structural reinforcement
Pipe and equipment penetrations can be positioned to match the process layout, with reinforcement considered where openings affect the structure.
Drainage and floor interfaces
Required floor arrangements, drainage outlets and collection interfaces should be specified during technical review. The exact construction and discharge responsibilities must be agreed for the project.
Corrosion and weather protection
Coating and protection requirements can be reviewed against the installation environment and any stated fluid exposure. Process-chemical compatibility requires separate confirmation for the specified materials and conditions.
Access and delivery provisions
Doors, equipment openings, lifting arrangements and transport dimensions can be planned around installation, component replacement and site unloading.
03 / SUPPLY SCOPE
Confirm the enclosure supply scope
The agreed supply can cover the container structure, equipment bases, openings, access provisions and specified protection or drainage details. Treatment equipment, membranes, pumps, tanks, chemicals, process controls, piping installation and commissioning are not assumed to be included. Treatment capacity, water quality, process performance and regulatory acceptance require the responsible process or system supplier’s confirmation.
04 / ENGINEERING BRIEF
Prepare these details for a water treatment enclosure quote
- Process equipment schedule and general arrangement drawing.
- Equipment dimensions, support locations and empty, operating and transport loads as applicable.
- Pipe opening schedule, connection sizes, elevations and electrical interface locations.
- Expected moisture or fluid exposure, drainage needs and required protection specifications.
- Operation and maintenance clearances, including consumable and major component replacement routes.
- Foundation arrangement, shipping state, unloading conditions, quantity and scope split with the process supplier.
05 / QUESTIONS
Water Treatment Containers FAQ
Is this a complete containerized water treatment plant?
This page covers the container enclosure and its agreed provisions. A complete treatment plant, process package or equipment system is not included by default.
Can piping openings and drainage outlets be customized?
Yes, their requirements can be reviewed as part of enclosure interface design. Send sizes, positions, elevations and connection details, along with the intended drainage and site discharge arrangement.
Can the enclosure handle a corrosive environment?
Corrosion-protection solutions are part of our capabilities. Specify the installation environment and any fluid or chemical exposure so the materials and protection requirements can be reviewed. No universal chemical-resistance claim is made.
Is treatment capacity enough to obtain a container quote?
Capacity alone does not define the enclosure. Equipment dimensions, weights, support points, piping interfaces, maintenance access and transport conditions are also needed.
